What’s with the moth?

Great question.  😉

It’s a Hummingbird moth (Macroglossum stellatarum). I grew up collecting insects and I use this species of moth as a metaphor for my personal approach to design and product development. As a pollinator, this moth is driven to share and help others grow. It is a mimic (of hummingbirds) which requires an incredible attention to detail. Unusual for an insect, it has been shown to learn colors — making it impressively visually-oriented. While most moths are nocturnal, this one has evolved the innovative distinction of being diurnal. It is also incredibly fast (second only to the dragonfly for the insect world speed record).
